StreamOn Technologies Inc. ("StreamOn", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect and use information when you visit streamontech.com or contact us.
When you submit a contact form or start a website live chat, we collect the information you provide such as name, email, phone number, preferred contact time, company, and message content. We also collect standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.
If you use WhatsApp or the on-page chat widget, messages are delivered to StreamOn on +91 98206 70083 and +91 88286 62866. In-widget chats are forwarded through Twilio. Opening WhatsApp is a user-initiated action on WhatsApp’s service.
This marketing site uses Google Analytics (measurement ID G-7JY05ZZCV5) to understand page views and how visitors use streamontech.com. We do not load advertising pixels such as Meta Pixel or LinkedIn Insight. We store a local preference (streamon_cookie_notice) after you acknowledge this notice. Form submissions are sent to VIDE platform APIs for routing to our sales team.
We use contact information to respond to enquiries, provide event services, and improve our offerings including the VIDE Platform. We do not sell personal data.
Contact enquiries are retained as long as needed to respond and maintain business records, then deleted or anonymized per our retention schedule.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data by emailing support@streamontech.com.
