WHAT CAN I DO IN A VIRTUAL CONFERENCE?

  • Visit Auditorium to watch live sessions
  • Visit various booths and understand their offerings even connect with them for face-to-face discussion
  • Visit media room and access library content also take quiz and play some exciting games

 

DO I NEED TO DOWNLOAD OR INSTALL ANY SOFTWARE TO BE ABLE TO ATTEND THIS EVENT?

No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate in a virtual conference. You only need to have access to the Internet.

 

IS A WEBCAM REQUIRED?

It is not a requirement in order to participate. However, if you want to click your photograph in Photo Booth, in which case, you might want to have a functional webcam.

 

HOW DO I LOGIN THE DAY OF THE EVENT?

Your login information is the email address and password provided to you on your registered email ID during registration. To login, simply use those details.

 

WHERE WILL THE EVENT BE HELD?

This is an online event. You do not have to travel to any specific location in order to become a part of the event. You can participate from anywhere you have Internet access. The event is accessible from desktop, mobile and tablet devices.

 

WILL I BE ABLE TO TAKE AWAY INFORMATION OR BROCHURES FROM THE EVENT?

Yes. Like any physical event, you can download documents provided by each exhibitor.

 

DO I NEED SOFTWARE TO ATTEND FACE TO FACE MEETINGS?

Yes. You need to have a WebEx meeting installed for better experience. Although you may choose to attend via browser, we still recommend an installed app. Link here

 

HOW CAN I ASK QUESTIONS AT A VIRTUAL CONFERENCE?

There are a number of ways you can interact with each other at a virtual conference. These being:

  • 1:1 text, audio, video chat
  • Group chat
  • Live Q&A during or after webinars

 

CAN I INVITE MY FRIENDS TO ATTEND THE EVENT?

No this is a closed group event and has been restricted with certain domain access only.
